BOOKING POLICY
1. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, a reservation is made in your name and is considered final. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms
All bookings require full/partial payment at the time of reservation. We accept payment via Cash, Zelle & CashApp and Other payment as can be accommodated. Upon receiving your payment, your booking will be confirmed, and a receipt will be provided.

3. No Chargebacks
By making a payment for your booking and service received, you agree to not initiate a chargeback or dispute the transaction with your payment provider or bank under any circumstances. If a chargeback is initiated for any reason, you agree to be liable for the full amount of the booking and services fee plus any associated fees and charges incurred due to the chargeback process.

4. Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please refer to our booking Policy. However, cancellations or modifications made after the booking is confirmed may result in the loss of payment or additional fees as outlined in the specific booking terms.

5. No Show
Failure to attend or complete your booking as scheduled without 48 hours prior notice will be considered a "No Show," and no refunds will be issued.

6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage open communication and will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably. However, in the case of chargebacks or payment disputes, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover the full amount owed, along with any associated costs.

7. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to update and amend this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
